Returns & Refunds

Every Black0ut piece is custom-fabricated to order. Here is how returns work.

All sales final

Because every item is custom-fabricated to your specification — and production begins as soon as you check out — all orders are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Damage & fabrication errors

If your item arrives damaged, doesn't match the preview you approved, or there is a fabrication error on our part, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging. We will remake it at no cost to you.

Customer errors

We are not responsible for errors in the details you provide — including typos, misspelled names, or low-resolution image uploads. Please review the live preview carefully before checkout; what you approve is what we make.
